- Chef de Partie: Ideally suited for candidates who have gained good experience at Commis level now looking to take their next step up in the kitchen.
- Head Chef: Highly experienced chef who works closely alongside the management or proprietor. Is solely responsible for the management of the kitchen including accounting which encompasses profit control, quality and safety standards. Must have excellent man-management skills and HR knowledge.
