Suitable candidate must have:
- Needs to have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work in all areas of the kitchen
- Must prepare and produce cuisine for banqueting and a la carte
- Needs to work well using own initiative
- Should be willing to learn and train on the job
- Must have Health and Hygiene awareness at all times
- Hotel has conference rooms and a leisure club with indoor pool
