We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie. This 4* 2 AA rosette hotel outside of Cambridge is looking for a enthusiastic Chef de Partie
To assist in all sections of the kitchen operations, to ensure that statutory obligations and Company standards are met, that a smooth, efficient service is maintained and that the product provided to our guests is of the highest standards
Must have previous experience in a similar role, with a good knowledge and understanding of current Food Hygiene Regulations
Must be a team player, who is customer focused and has the ability to work unsupervised
Must have NVQ level 1 and 2 Food preparation
Temporary Accommodation is available initially for 1 to 2 months until settled
