Must have previous experience in a 2 AA or more rosette establishment. With a wide knowledge of preparing and producing fine cuisine with pastry
Always be aware of the possible health and fire hazards and conduct yourself in a safe and correct manner.
To prepare and cook food to the standard required with the emphasis on continual improvement
This is an excellent opportunity to join a new team and to train and support junior staff
48 Hours per week, split shifts
