We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Rang. This 4 Red Star, 2 AA Rosette, 112 bedroom hotel in Hook, Hampshire are looking for an experienced Chef de Rang.

Must have previous experience as a Chef de Rang within a 4* hotel environment. Must have previous fine dining experience at 2 AA Rosette level

Ensure a four star service is provided to the hotel guest’s and visitors, help and greet them in a professional and courteous way

Be an excellent communicator and able to carry heavy trays to customers rooms

Have excellent customer service skills, and professionalism second to none
