We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie. 3* 1 AA rosette, privately owned 60 bedroom hotel looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is looking for a busy, challenging position.
Ideally looking for someone with previous experience in a similar standard hotel. Salary will be dependant on this
Working in a brigade of 12 in a busy, rosette awarded kitchen, the ideal candidate will have completed their NVQ level 1+2 or have equivalent qualifications.
It would be beneficial to have experience at rosette level.
May suit someone looking for progression from Commis
Split shifts on a rota basis
