We are pleased to offer this enticing opportunity for two Chef de Parties. This 4* hotel in Hertfordshire is looking for two Chef de Parties’ for their 2 AA rosette restaurant.
Hold previous experience in a Chef de Partie role within a hotel environment of a high standard, ideally with a strong rosette background
NVQ Levels 1 & 2 desirable, Hold a current Basic Food & Hygiene Certificate
The successful candidate will need to participate/supervise in the preparation and cooking of all food on the given section
Check daily function sheets, menus and forecasts and ensure adequate supply of food at all times
Carry out any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Executive Chef
Mixed straight and split shifts
