We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef - Pastry. This 4* hotel in Hertfordshire is looking for a Commis Chef - Pastry to work in their 2 AA Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant
Previous experience in a quality establishment of a similar standard, with an NVQ Level 1 and hold knowledge of Basic Food & Hygiene. Good practice and knowledge of pastry required for this position
Good written and oral communication and a willingness to undertake further college education
Must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
Must be reliable and possess a flexible and professional approach to your work
Mixed straight and split shifts
