Responsible for the smooth and efficient management of the restaurant. To assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in staff and the organisation and cleanliness of the restaurant
Must have previous F&B Supervisory experience, ideally in a five star establishment. Preferably hold a food hygiene Level 1 certificate
Good technical skills are essential and silver service experience would be desirable. Do you have the desire to generate customer satisfaction
Basic knowledge of wine and licensing laws is essential; previous training experience preferred
