We are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef. This 3* Country House Hotel situated in seven acres of parkland in Ipswich are looking for a Sous Chef.
Must have previous Sous Chef experience in a similar, smaller establishment
To deputise in the absence of the Head Chef
Working and supporting the kitchen brigade of 7
The kitchen prepares and serves to 80 covers for the restaurant and 130 covers for banqueting
Hours are 5 days out of 7, usually split shifts but some will be straight
Ideally looking for someone who is available immediately
