We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie. This stylish 4* 2 AA rosette hotel, close to Colchester are looking for a experienced Demi Chef de Partie
To prepare al breakfast related food items to the highest standard, ensuring buffet display as per SOP
Prepare Mis en Place as required and directed by the Sous/Executive Chef and prepare other dishes as required by senior chefs
Adhere and record all food, health and hygiene standards, as well as train Commis and trainee staff
Ideally this position requires the successful candidate to be able to drive as the premises is remote
