Looking to employ a Commis Chef to assist in the running of a busy kitchen within a brigade of approximately 30
The desired candidate should have at least 6 months to 1 years experience in the work place as a Commis Chef, ideally with a background in a rosetted environment
The kitchen works to a very high standard, catering for the 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant, banqueting and conferences
This is an excellent opportunity for a trainee chef to gain rosette experience in one of the county’s largest hotels
Ideally this position requires the successful candidate to be able to drive as the premises is remote
