We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef. 5* 2 AA Rosette, 152 bedroom hotel in Eastbourne are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Pastry Chef for their 2 AA rosette restaurant
Must have previous Pastry Chef experience in a busy, quality operation at Rosette level, who can utilise to help maintain their 5* standards.
Strong knowledge and skill as a Pastry Chef is essential
Deputise for the Chef de Parties at all times in their absence and otherwise support them in the efficient running of your given section.
To prepare food and dishes for all areas, including Restaurants, Banqueting, Room Service, lounges and ancillary areas. To be aware of current and forthcoming menus
