As a Junior Concierge for our 5* client you will be expected to create a fantastic first impression to guests arriving at the hotel.
Duties of the Junior Concierge
Providing guests with information about the hotel and the local area
Working closely with the whole front office team to provide an efficient, courteous and professional service to customers, on the telephone and face to face
You must be a team player and a good communicator
Must be service orientated, good English language skills and have a crisp, professional appearance
Previous concierge experience would be an advantage |
