Our client is looking for an exceptional person to manage and motivate a team of 6.
Duties will include cashing up, opening up, ordering, cellar knowledge and rotas.
As Front of House Manager you would be expected to lead by example and keep the team motivated at all times.
Depending on experience salary is between 18k-22.5k plus bonus and incentives.
This is an opportunity for someone to progress their career to Front of House Manager in a busy Gastro pub in Essex.
