The ideal candidate:
Previous experience in a supervisory role would be advantageous for this role.
Work experience in a similar environment is essential.
You will be required to assist the Front of House Manager, and running shifts in absence of the Front of House Manager.
Duties will include; cashing up ordering, opening up etc.
Cellar knowledge would be advantageous for this role.
This is an opportunity for someone to progress their career to Assistant Front of House Manager in a busy Gastro pub in Essex.
