Chef de Partie/Junior Sous

Beautiful Country Inn situated in the outskirts of Colchester is looking for a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
The pub makes everything fresh except the bread and Ice Cream, very busy atmosphere, serving up to 100 covers at lunch service
The restaurant delivers beautiful Stour Valley views, offering exciting ever changing specials as well as delicious Sunday roasts
Established function facilities, mid week A la Carte and traditional Sunday lunches

Our client requests that the ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie or Junior Sous chef role must:
Ideally have previous experience as a CDP or Senior Commis chef within a similar environment
Be enthusiastic as there is freedom to be imaginative with the menu
Must have own transport as location is remote
