Established function facilities, mid week A la Carte and traditional Sunday lunches
Our client requests that the ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie or Junior Sous chef role must:
Ideally have previous experience as a CDP or Senior Commis chef within a similar environment
Be enthusiastic as there is freedom to be imaginative with the menu
Must have own transport as location is remote
