Our client a 3 star 42 Bedroom hotel located in Suffolk, are looking for a Sous Chef to join their successful team.
The ideal candidate to fill this Sous Chef role must have:
Previous experience in a Hotel Kitchen environment at Sous chef Level
Very good previous 1 or 2 Rosette experience, with broad culinary knowledge
Confidence in their own abilities and be willing to train the junior staff.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for their section in the Kitchen and prepare and serve to the highest quality and also manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. This hotel is very busy with passing trade and seasonal tourism and works directly with the local growers, farmers and fishermen who supply their fresh, seasonal ingredients – much of it organic.

Normal Shift pattern 48 hours per week.
