3* 42 Bedroom hotels located on the beautiful Suffolk coast are looking for 4 Commis Chefs to join their experienced and enthusiastic team.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a Hotel Kitchen environment at either a Kitchen Porter or Commis Chef level preferably with previous 1 or 2 Rosette experience, with good culinary knowledge.
As a Commis Chef you will be responsible for your sec
ion in the Kitchen and prepare and serve to the highest quality. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced Chefs in a high quality kitchen. This hotel is very busy with passing trade and seasonal tourism and works directly with the local growers, farmers and fishermen who supply their fresh, seasonal ingredients – much of it organic.

Normal Shift pattern 48 hours per week.
