**URGENTLY REQUIRED** **SALARY NEGOTIABLE**
3* 42 Bedroom located on the beautiful Suffolk coast, are looking for 4 Chef de Partie to join their experienced and enthusiastic team.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a Hotel Kitchen environment at Chef de Partie Level and have very good previous 1 or 2 Rosette experience, with good culinary knowledge.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for your section in the Kitchen and prepare and serve to the highest quality. This hotel is very busy with passing trade and seasonal tourism and works directly with the local growers, farmers and fishermen who supply their fresh, seasonal ingredients – much of it organic.

Normal Shift pattern 48 hours per week.
