Chef de Partie opportunity in Michelin “Rising Star” fine dining restaurant.
Our prestigious client based in Hertfordshire is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their exceptionally talented team. The restaurant has recently been awarded Michelin “Rising Star” status, what better way to progress your career.
For this CDP role the candidate must:
Have previous experience in a Demi Chef de Partie/Chef de Partie role within a hotel environment of a high standard, ideally with a strong 2 rosette background.
NVQ Levels 1 & 2 desirable, Hold a current Basic Food & Hygiene Certificate
The successful candidate will need to participate/supervise in the preparation and cooking of all food on their given section
Check daily function sheets, menus and forecasts and ensure adequate supply of food at all times
Carry out any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Executive Chef
Mixed straight and split shifts
