We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Bars Manager.
This 4 Red Star, 2 AA Rosette, hotel in Hook, Hampshire are looking for an enthusiastic, strong Deputy Bars Manager to join the team. They are also recruiting for a barperson and will accept applications from couples.
You will be required to provide a high level of guest service of a minimum of 4 red star standards and aiming for 5 red stars. You will be expected to act as a “host” with other members of the management team.
Other duties will include:
Financial Management
People Management and Development
Communicate effectively with other departments particularly Conference and Banqueting Office, Restaurant and Reception
Comply with all hotel Health and Safety Regulations
Planning and Organising to include Cellar management with other team members, staff training, liaising with F&B Manager
Standing in for the Bars Manager as and when required.
Must have own transport as premises is not on a public transport route
