Our client is looking for a talented and hardworking individual for the following role:
Chef de Partie – 18 - 19k per annum fine dining bistro style Inn, Haddington East Lothian
Chef de Partie required for this fine dining Bistro and Inn in East Lothian. The menu is varied and changes constantly to fit with local ingredients.
All items on the menu are freshly prepared and cooked on the premises.
There are 3 restaurant areas and outside dining – the successful candidate would be required to assist in cooking for up to 180 covers at one time.
Our client sees this role being filled by someone with solid experience in a high pressured kitchen environment, you must be able to keep your cool and work well within a team of 3 – 4 chefs. Melodramatics not required!
Shifts 5 days out of 7 – straight shifts.
