Job Description
Ideally have previous Hotel Reception experience within a similar styled and awarded environment but not essential as full training will be provided
Must be able to deal with customer in person and on the telephone. May be required to help serve in the restaurant when it get’s exceptionally busy
Must be able to deal with customer in person and on the telephone. Good knowledge of the hotels facilities and requirements to offer to guests
5 days out of 7, shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm- 11pm
