This reputable 4 star 24 bedroom Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to work 35 - 45 hours per week
The hotel is privately owned with a 35-40 cover restaurant, offering fresh, local cuisine with a Mediterranean flair. Working in a brigade of 6 chefs, the successful candidate will show initiative on own as well as in the successful kitchen team
The ideal applicants must express a passionate interest in cooking and essentially have previous experience in a similar standard hotel.
Ensure that the restaurant food preparation & presentation standards are met & maintained at all times and where possible improvements made
Ensure staff are trained in the correct kitchen service methods & food standards to meet the hotel standards
Candidates would be required to work 5 days out of 7, various shifts available
