Our client a 5* 3 AA rosette hotel in Berkshire are looking for an experienced Reservationist to become part of their team.
Our client is looking to recruit a full time Sous Chef to join their successful awarded kitchen team.
To assist in the running of the reservations department on a day-day basis
Handle all enquiries for accommodation up to 5 rooms within one reservation. Carry out audits of forward reservations to ensure that all reservations are accurate and confirmed
Maximise all sales opportunities when handling each reservation, as well as close liaison with all departments
Previous experience in a similar role would be essential. Must have a background ideally in a 5* hotel establishment
The position is based on a shift rota basis
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
